What should you have ready for the first enquiry?
A useful quote starts with a few details about the car. A photo helps show the scope or old film, but you do not need a film specification.
- Make, model, year and body style.
- Which windows you want filmed and your preferred result.
- Details of old film, damaged film or adhesive residue.
- Your preferred appointment and any collection constraints.
Should you wash the car first?
Confirm washing requirements when booking. Mention heavy mud, dust or off-road use in advance. A normal car wash does not replace preparing the glass surface for film installation.
Make the windows accessible
Take personal belongings from the areas where work will be done. Clear the rear shelf and items near the glass. If a child seat, blind, camera or other accessory blocks access, agree what needs removing beforehand. Do not dismantle door trim or interior panels yourself.
Mention old film and faults in advance
Tint Dad removes old film. Mention it when requesting a quote and arrange removal instead of trying to prepare the glass yourself. Also report scratches, cracks, window-operation problems and a faulty rear-window demister.
Plan your arrival and collection
Confirm the appointment, expected work time and whether waiting on site is possible. If you need the car back at a fixed time, say so before booking. Save the workshop address, Załącze 3, 05-600 Grójec, and phone number, 783 298 963. Contact us if you are delayed or your plans change.
