TINT DAD / Załącze near Grójec

Good questions. Clear answers.

From your first choice to aftercare. If your question is not here, give us a call.

Can Tint Dad measure window light transmission?+

Yes. We have a VLT meter and measure light transmission. A measurement checks the actual result of the glass and film together, which differs from the film rating alone. Agree the measurement scope for your car with us before your visit.

How much does window tinting cost?+

The calculator gives an estimated installation price for your body style, windows and films. Light protection is approximately PLN 300–350 per pair. Paweł confirms the final price after contacting you. Side groups include both sides; old film removal is quoted separately.

Which tint should I choose?+

Start with your goal: appearance, privacy or thermal comfort. Maxuel VIGO film is available in 5%, 20%, 30%, 45% and 70% VLT. Your factory glass matters too.

Can front windows be tinted?+

The light transmission of glass and film together matters. Front windows require verification of the requirements and actual result. The film percentage alone does not prove compliance.

How long does installation take, and when can I lower the windows?+

Timing depends on the model, window count and any old-film removal. Confirm collection time before your visit, then ask when to lower and clean the windows at collection. Finishing installation does not mean the film is fully dry.

What does the warranty cover?+

Maxuel, Chameleon and light solar-control films have a 5-year warranty; Armorlite has a 10-year film warranty. The confirmed 5-year Maxuel VIGO installation warranty covers contamination from installation errors; material coverage includes colour changes and degradation bubbles. Confirm full terms for your selected film before ordering.

Which films do you offer?+

Maxuel — Carbon-ceramic; Armorlite — Metallised; Chameleon — Coloured ceramic; Light solar-control — Very light ceramic.

Do you remove old film?+

Yes. Mention it when requesting a quote; film and adhesive condition affect the time and cost.

How can I pay? Can I get an invoice?+

Cash, BLIK or bank transfer. Invoices are available.

How should I prepare my car?+

Take your belongings and make the windows being filmed accessible. Mention old film, damage and accessories near the glass in advance. Agree washing requirements and any equipment removal when booking.

Can I wait on site?+

Confirm whether you can wait and the expected collection time with us before arriving. If you need the car back at a fixed time, mention it when booking.

What is the next available appointment?+

Confirm availability with us by phone or enquiry. Include your preferred day and when you need the car back.

Have you worked on my model?+

Check the gallery and include your model in the enquiry. The cars shown are part of the portfolio; a missing model does not establish whether it has visited. We can confirm our experience and the available scope of work.

What about GPS, radio and phones?+

Mention equipment and devices near the glass. Compatibility needs checking for the specific material and vehicle. We do not claim every film has the same effect on reception.

70 or 75 percent? Is film certification enough?+

Section 8(5)(4) specifies at least 70% for windscreens and front side glass. A material document does not establish the result for a finished window. Glass, film and other application requirements matter. Measurement is not type approval.

What about visibility after dark?+

Darker film transmits less light. Mention frequent night driving or reversing when choosing. Compare the view from inside: an exterior photo or screen simulation does not show your driving conditions.

Can you match factory-darkened glass?+

That is a useful starting point for a consultation. Send the model and photos; shade and transmission can be compared on site. The same film percentage does not guarantee an identical finish on different glass.

Do doors or windows need dismantling?+

The scope depends on vehicle construction and access to the glass. Agree it with us for your model before installation. There is no single method promised for every vehicle.

What about the rear demister and old film?+

Report damage and whether the demister works before the job. When removing old film, the condition of glass, heating lines and adhesive matters. Scope and limitations need assessment for that window.

Do you offer Chameleon film?+

Yes, Tint Dad offers this option. Agree the colour effect, specific material and scope with us. For front windows, the look or Chameleon name does not establish compliance; the result for the whole glass also matters.

Is every light film suitable for road use?+

Colour or a photo cannot establish that. Changes to lights require checking requirements for their use. In the enquiry, distinguish protection from tinting and describe how the vehicle is used.

Do you install building window film?+

No. Tint Dad currently works on vehicles and machinery.
