Website and calculator
The price list and calculator run in your browser. Selecting a car, film or windows does not send Tint Dad an enquiry or contact details. Prices are estimates; we confirm the final price and appointment when you contact us.
Contact and enquiries
You can contact us by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. We process the data you provide through your chosen channel: phone number or email address, enquiry, vehicle and service details, and any photos you send. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details.
The automatic form is disabled. The website does not collect or send a phone number or message through a form. Please contact us directly.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle service enquiries to take steps at your request before entering a contract and then to perform it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence is handled in our legitimate interest in answering questions and maintaining contact (Article 6(1)(f)).
Technical data support website delivery and security, our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Establishing, exercising or defending claims is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence from customers who do not order a service are retained for one month after the enquiry is closed. If an order is placed, data needed to provide the service are retained while it is performed, and legally required records for the statutory period. Data needed to establish, exercise or defend claims may be retained until the limitation period expires or proceedings end.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare processes technical traffic data, including IP addresses and connection information, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. Its policy explains these data and their retention.
Email correspondence is handled through Gmail (Google). WhatsApp contact uses the WhatsApp service. Map and social profile links open external services only when you click them; those services have their own privacy policies.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their documents describe safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can contact the data controller for information about safeguards and a copy of them.
Cookies and visit source
We have not added GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, advertising cookies, embedded maps or social feeds. Hosting may use technical cookies necessary for website security and operation. The calculator does not save a phone number or message in cookies or browser storage.
Links may contain visit-source tags, such as Google or Instagram, and campaign tags. Tags pass between pages in the URL without cookies or browser storage. When the form is enabled, they may accompany an enquiry, without a full referring URL or advertising identifier.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Portability and objection apply where GDPR conditions are met. In particular, you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to the controller’s email above. You may also complain to Poland’s data protection authority, the President of UODO.
UODO information on your rights
We do not make decisions with legal effects about you solely by automated means or carry out advertising profiling. Calculator results indicate estimated prices, not an automated decision to enter a contract.
